Artist Statement:

Currently I'm focused on abstract compositions inspired by geometry and nature.  These new paintings are experimental relationships of angular and organic forms (outlines of found objects or handmade stencils).  My media is a mix of acrylics, pastels and spray paints.  I experiment with opposing textures, raw edges and smooth airbrush effects -- traditional painting techniques with a contemporary urban twist.  The resulting canvases have been described as "acknowledging the past and reaching for the future."
